TupKard Global Link FZ-LLC operates this store from the United Arab Emirates. This notice describes information used by the current preview.

Information you provide

We use your email to verify your account, deliver sign-in or password-reset codes and associate orders with your account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, rather than readable passwords. Registration holds your chosen password in the current page until you finish verification; refreshing the page clears that form state.

Orders store the email, items, prices, currencies and order status. Support requests store your contact email, selected topic, message, optional order reference, request status, team replies and email delivery records. Do not include passwords, card details, activation codes or PINs in support messages. Paid checkout does not currently collect payment details.

Why information is used

We use this information to run accounts, show order history, handle support and protect the store. Security records include verification attempts, password changes and sign-in activity. This registration form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Browser cookies

Essential cookies support sign-in, verification, cart contents, country selection and recent guest orders. Sign-in lasts up to seven days. Cart cookies last up to 30 days and the support receipt cookie lasts one hour. Verification cookies last up to ten minutes. Country selection and guest order history last up to 30 days; the latest order confirmation can last seven days. Clearing cookies may remove guest order access. Country suggestions use browser language settings locally and are not saved until confirmed. No advertising or analytics cookies are added by the current application.

Service providers

We use service providers to host our website, securely store information and deliver account and support emails. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Data may be processed outside your country.

Retention and your requests

Cookie expiry does not automatically delete account, order, support or security records from the database. During preview, deletion and correction requests are reviewed by the team. Use the support form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain information necessary for security or legal obligations. Signed-in customers can also request deletion from Account settings. Requests require team review; immediate automated deletion is not available.

This notice will be updated when the store’s features or data practices change, including before paid checkout and marketing services are introduced.
